Two swinging silver tone , antiqued textured hoops nested inside each other with a sparkly cut glass bead dangling from the larger one. A beautiful blue. The smaller bead on top is also facetted and sparkly and has a flash of purple on it. Silver fill ear wires made in USA. Measures 2+7/8" long from inside the curve of the ear wire. Very fun!
